Once logged in, you will be redirected to the "My account" page. Here you can check on previous order status, change your password and update your shipping/billing addresses and payment methods.

Please note that we have set your Billing Address Company Name to match your Customer ID in our accounting software. Please do not change this field! This is the field that our software uses to sync your web orders to your dealer account in our accounting software and that functionality is very important to us.

The main shop page (Shop — no longer available) will now show various parts categories. All prices will be updated to show your dealer price.

You can browse through these to look for parts or use the Parts Table. The table will be much quicker to search through.

Some items (mostly fabricated items like wire sets) will require you to enter the glider serial number to order. The serial number can often be found on a label on the keel at the nose, or on the operating limitations placard, but the most reliable place to find it is written on the sail, inside the nose area.

On the Cart page you will be given three additional shipping options:

  • HOLD – Ship w/ Pending Glider Order (Select this if you would like us to hold these parts to ship with your next glider order.)
  • HOLD – Ship w/ Other Pending Parts Order (Select this if you would like us to hold these parts to ship with parts order that was for larger frame parts like leading edges or keels, that was placed via phone or email.)
  • HOLD – Local pickup (Select this if you are local or visiting and will pick the parts up at the factory.)

Large airframe parts like leading edges and keels are too long to ship via UPS or USPS and must ship via freight. In this case you will see Freight Shipping – Billed Later as an option in the shipping section of the checkout. We will contact you once the part is ready to ship to collect the shipping charge once we have a quote from the freight company. You will also still have the option to bundle the large airframe part shipping with a pending glider order.
